The Determination of Higher Education Standards is an activity of setting standards that consist of the National Higher Education Standards (SN Dikti) and the Higher Education Standards established by FKIP UNS and adopted by the Special Education Study Program. The determination is evidenced by the following SPMI documents:

1. SPMI is implemented in every unit within the Universitas Sebelas Maret.
2. SPMI uses standardized references based on Permeristekdikti No. 62 of 2016 and Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020.
3. SPMI is carried out based on accurate data and information (UNS big data) utilizing digital technology.
4. The implementation of SPMI is done continuously using 5 steps: Standard Setting – Standard Implementation – Standard Evaluation – Standard Control – Standard Improvement [PPEPP].
