In 2023, SESP conducted a survey to assess the satisfaction level of stakeholders as users of SESP graduates. The survey included 69 stakeholders, consisting of school principals, department heads, and teachers from various schools, universities, and city departments. The survey was carried out among 69 stakeholders, including school principals, department heads, and teachers from various schools, universities, and city agencies. The survey assessed seven key components: (1) behavioral ethics, (2) performance related to core competencies, (3) teamwork skills, (4) communication skills, (5) English proficiency, (6) information technology skills, and (7) personal development actions. Based on the survey results, more than 50% of graduate users responded with ‘Good’ and ‘Very Good’ across all question components. The competencies related to core performance and teamwork skills received very positive evaluations. However, in the ‘English Proficiency’ component, 42% of graduate users responded with ‘Fair,’ and 4.3% responded with ‘Poor.’ These results indicate that ‘English Proficiency’ is the area that needs the most improvement.
